  • Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
  • Work to develop job descriptions of related positions in the organization.
  • Identifying effective sources and job portals. Efficiently and effectively work in filling open positions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of all the company policies.
  • Work for the development/implementation of performance management and reward and recognition systems.
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention etc...
