Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of all the company policies.
Work for the development/implementation of performance management and reward and recognition systems.
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention etc...
